Terms, refunds & privacy

Last updated: October 2026. weblivites ("we", "us") creates and hosts digital invitation websites. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Terms of service

You choose a design and provide the wording, details and photos, then submit your order. Nothing is charged on the website: we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details and the listed one-time price in Indian Rupees (INR), and share how to pay (UPI, bank transfer, or PayPal/Wise from abroad).
We publish your invitation website within the delivery time shown (2 hours, or 1 hour with express delivery) after payment is confirmed, during our working hours of 8 AM to 11 PM IST. Orders placed outside these hours are delivered first thing the next morning.
Every invitation includes 1 month of hosting, counted from the day it goes live. You can add more months at ₹200 per month when you order, or at any time before it ends. When hosting ends, guests who open the link see a short "This invitation has ended" note, and after 14 days the page is removed.
Each tier includes the stated number of rounds of changes after delivery. Further changes can be purchased.
You confirm that you have the right to use every photo, name and piece of text you send us, and that your content is lawful. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.
Background music you request must be music you're allowed to use. Our default tracks are licensed for this use and credited on the page.
We take care to keep invitations online, but we are not liable for indirect losses caused by outages of third-party services such as hosting providers or WhatsApp.

Before we start work: cancel any time before your invitation is published for a full refund.
If we can't deliver: if we fail to publish your invitation within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you can ask for a full refund.
After publishing: because the work is custom and delivered digitally, payments are not refundable once your invitation is live. We will gladly fix any mistake on our side free of charge.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

What we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, email and country to manage your order, plus the invitation details and photos you provide. We don't collect anything from your guests: invitations have no forms, accounts or tracking.
How we use it: only to create, deliver and support your invitation and to contact you about your order. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it: your invitation is visible to anyone who has its link. It isn't listed anywhere, and search engines are told not to index it.
Where it's stored: order details are stored securely with Google Firebase. Your published invitation is served by Cloudflare. We never ask for or store card details.
Deleting your data: ask us at any time and we will delete your invitation and photos. Photos are deleted from our order database once your invitation is published, and the invitation itself is removed after its hosting ends.
